the bride

Today we had production photos for Blood Wedding. I snapped a few shots of my own before and after.. also, the poster is done!

The black wedding dress has 1.9 football fields worth of ruffles. Seriously, all the costumes are amazing. These pictures do not do the dress justice. you must come and see it.

Also, i cannot stop listening to the bride by the dirty projectors.

Come and see this play. pleaseandthankyous.

it's real, love

so. my sister and i had a conversation today about great love stories (we feel a bond as some of the few living persons in direct opposition of the twilight movement)and it reminded me of something incredibly disturbing that i saw in a bookstore over Christmas break..

Really? REALLY? Must we make classic novels and/or plays look like Twilight in order to trick people into reading them??
(please tell me it's not true)
